Massive molecular network of the 42 extracts from Astrocaryum sciophilum endophytes. MN is reduced to the ions with m/z between 200 and 900 and the selfloop nodes were removed to give a MN of 6316 nodes. Boxes (A–D) regroup clusters of ions from the MN: Relative quantification of each ion was represented as pie chart diagrams, the proportions of which were based on respective areas of the corresponding extracted ion chromatogram (XIC) area.
