Spectrum of somatic mutation in 87 CBF-AML patients at initial diagnosis (n = 87). Targeted sequencing revealed 166 mutations at initial diagnosis of CBF-AML (62 t(8;21) AML and 25 inv(16) AML). The cohort is separated by their subtype of CBF-AML. inv(16) AML patients are shown on the left and t(8;21) AML patients are shown on the right. Each column indicates a single patient as well as each row represents a gene. Intensity of a cell in the heatmap on the top shows the relative level of VAF. In the heatmap on the top, only genes mutated more than 5% of the cohort are shown. The heatmap in the middle describes the presence of mutation in each of eight biological pathways (defined by TCGA). In the bottom, brief patient characteristics and notable cytogenetic information of each patient is shown.
