Case–control differences in the mean antibody response for 51 NK/T-cell lymphoma (NKTCL) cases versus 154 controls collected in Hong Kong and Taiwan. The x-axis displays the fold change (case vs. control ratio of standardized signal intensity) for all antibodies with CV ≤ 20%. The y-axis illustrates the p value corresponding to the t-test for a difference in standardized signal intensity between cases and controls. Six IgG-antibodies but no IgA antibodies were significantly elevated in NKTCL cases compared to controls at the P < 0.0002 (Bonferroni-corrected P < 0.05) threshold.
