From: Next generation of anti-PD-L1 Atezolizumab with enhanced anti-tumor efficacy in vivo
Maxatezo shows better thermostability than Atezolizumab. The stabilities of the antibodies were characterized by Tm and Tagg. (A) Tm was obtained by intrinsic protein fluorescence (IPF) (266 nm excitation, 280–450 nm emission scan) and (B) Tagg w was monitored by SLS at 473 nm using the Uncle system (Unchained Labs). Duplicate samples of both Maxatezo and Atezolizumab were measured. The orange and dark green curves represent Maxatezo, and the gray and light green curves represent Atezolizumab.
