ANFIS-EEBAT structure. It contains five layers, as discussed in Fig. 1. There are two inputs, four pairs of input MFs, four set of rules, four output MFs and one output. The two inputs are “No. of Story Points” and “Velocity”. The output is “Estimated Effort”. The operations performed at different layers are synonymous with the description in Fig. 1. There are three basic logical operations, “and”, “or”, “not” depicted in the figure with three color codes “blue”, “red” and “green” respectively. The rules are created using logical “and” operation in our case. The logical “or” and “not” operations are unused.
