  1. The MR morphometry comprised a high resolution 2D rapid acquisition with relaxation enhancement (RARE) and a 3D fast imaging with steady-state precession (FISP) sequence. The T1 relaxation time was measured based on a Look-Locker approach sampling the T1 dynamic using an inversion recovery FISP (IR-FISP) technique. The transversal relaxation time T2 was derived from a multi-slice multi-echo (MSME) protocol.
