  1. The median time to death of the control group and each treated group and the statistical comparison of the treated groups to the control group. Times to death of the four 48 h post-exposure treatment initiation groups were not significantly different from the control group, indicating that 48 h is too late to therapeutically intervene at the targeted exposure dose. Times to death of the four 24 h post-exposure treatment initiation groups were significantly greater than the control group.
