(B) Tip Friction test jig: Dipping a silicon pad and wire in a bath, compressing the silicone pad with the wire at a pressure of 3 Bar, and then stretching them by 20Â mm at a speed of 20Â mm/min. (C) Tip load test jig: Compressing a wire by 2Â mm at a speed of 5Â mm/min over the silicone pad after fixing the part 10Â mm away from the tip.
