The colored spots indicate selected upregulated and downregulated Reactome pathways of interest identified by the combined significant (p < 0.05) and FDR-corrected DEGs from the TB groups (A) and TBDM groups (B) in Brazil (yellow), India (red), South Africa (green), and Romania (blue). The hue of spots corresponds to p-value and the area corresponds to gene ratio. The method did not detect any pathways in TB participants from India.
