The expression of IRAK1, TRAF6 and COX2 is upregulated and the NF-κB pathway is activated in the corneas of dry eye model mice. (A) The mRNA expression levels of IRAK1, TRAF6 and COX2 were upregulated in the corneas of dry eye model mice measured by RT‒qPCR. GAPDH was used as an endogenous control. Results are expressed as mean ± SD. **P < 0.01. (B) The protein expression of IRAK1, TRAF6 and COX2 in the corneas of the C-group and the DE-group was measured by immunohistochemical staining.
