SC-514 and dexamethasone (DXM) decreased the expression of miR-146a, IRAK1, TRAF6, COX2, ICAM1 and inflammatory factors in HCEC inflammation. (A) The RT‒qPCR results showed that the expression of IL-1β, IL-6 and IL-8 was upregulated by TNF-α stimulation, and this effect was reversed by coincubation with SC-514 or DXM.
