This study conducted a prognostic analysis of a 3-gene signature in the train cohort. (A) The risk score curve was generated to demonstrate the distribution of the model and the median score. (B) The distribution of survival statuses and risk scores was plotted. (C) Principal component analysis (PCA) was performed and a plot was generated to analyze the gene expression profiles of samples. (D) A t-distributed stochastic neighbor embedding (tSNE) plot was created to visualize the clustering of samples based on gene expression. (E) Survival analysis was performed to compare the overall survival between the two risk subgroups. (F) The Area Under the Curve (AUC) of the risk model was also calculated.
