Kcnj10-ZsGreen transgene expression in the adult mouse cochlea. Inner hair cells (IHCs, arrowhead) and outer hair cells (OHCs, bracket) identified by their MYO7A immunolabeling, did not show ZsGreen fluorescence. Additionally, some faint signal was seen in regions corresponding to the inner sulcus/border cells and Hensen’s cells.
