Change in IPA loads between T1 and T0 screening occasions (quartiles, median and mean as red points) for the most frequently detected IPAs quantified in Bombus terrestris in each country (CHE, Switzerland; ESP, Spain; EST, Estonia; GBR, United Kingdom; GER, Germany; IRL, Ireland; ITA, Italy; SWE, Sweden). For the analysis to be possible, the non-detected analytical results were replaced by the corresponding limit of detection of the molecular method. Significant Tukey pairwise comparisons are indicated with bars.
