BuP inhibited the proliferation and viability of Nthy cells. (A) EdU incorporation assay showed that BuP suppressed the proliferation of Nthy cells in a concentration-dependent manner. (B) BuP reduced the level of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in Nthy cells, and the effect was also dose-dependent. (C) Cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8) assay showed that cell viability decreased continuously with increasing BuP concentration. n = 6, data are expressed as mean ± SD.
