BuP inhibited the proliferation and viability of Nthy cells. (A) EdU incorporation assay showed that BuP suppressed the proliferation of Nthy cells in a concentration-dependent manner. (B) BuP reduced the level of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in Nthy cells, and the effect was also dose-dependent.
