Schematic diagram of the experimental link for the PZT-based cell printing device. This picolitre monodisperse droplet printing technology provides an easy-to-use technical solution for cell printing. A cutaway view of the print nozzle is shown in the centre of the diagram, and a 1 mm diameter capillary tube draws up the solution and is placed directly onto the PZT, which will be free of adhesion, ensuring that the capillary tube is aligned with the micropore. The device consists of a dimensional view of the core components: a ring PZT with a thickness of 600 μm, a metal sheet with a thickness of 50 μm, and a micropore with a diameter of 30 μm. The picolitre monodisperse droplet printing device can be used in bioengineering applications such as cell printing.
