(A,B) Ptpn6 expression was significantly negatively correlated with tumor purity and positively correlated with infiltrating levels of B cells, CD8 + T cells, CD4 + T cells, macrophages, neutrophils, and dendritic cells in KIRC and LGG. (C) Ptpn6 expression had significant negative correlations with tumor purity and positive correlations with infiltrating levels of B cells, CD4 + T cells, macrophages, neutrophils, and dendritic cells in TGCT, except for CD8 + T cells and macrophages. (D) Ptpn6 expression was significantly negatively correlated with tumor purity, and positively correlated with infiltrating levels of B cells, CD8 + T cells, macrophages, neutrophils, and dendritic cells in UCS, but not significantly correlated with infiltrating level of CD4 + T cells and macrophages.
