This figure shows the simulated impact of rehabilitation and incarceration rates on the prevalence of engaged individuals in the crime-substance abuse co-occurrence model. The simulations were conducted using the baseline parameter values from Table 1 and varying the combined rehabilitation and incarceration rate (\(\theta _c = \theta _a=\theta _e\)) across different values: \(0, 0.25, 0.5, 0.75\) and \(1\).
