Design, radiolabeling and radiochemical purity of [68Ga]Ga-LyP-1. DOTA was conjugated to LyP-1 directly or indirectly via an aminocaproic acid (ACP) linker. DOTA conjugated peptides were radiolabeled with 68GaCl3 at 100 °C for 10 min at pH 4.0 and purified by C18 Sep-Pak. (a) [68Ga]Ga-LyP-1 structure and labeling conditions.
