Survival assay of O. niloticus challenged with cell culture viral supernatant and symptomatic fish tissue homogenate supernatant. The fish were intraperitoneally injected with (A) cell culture viral supernatant (104.0 TCID50/ml), (B) 50 µl of symptomatic fish tissue homogenate filtrated supernatant, and (C) a control group with 50 µl of sterile Phosphate-buffered saline (PBS).
