These three maps show the estimated percentage that drought has decreased TFP for each country. Estimates are provided as a lower and upper bound one standard deviation from the sampled mean, as well as a maximum likelihood estimate. The top map shows the maximum likelihood estimate for each country, which is computed by taking the mean of the range of estimates. The middle map shows the estimates at the 84th percentile of the range of estimates, meaning they form the upper bound of the range of estimates within one standard deviation of the mean. The bottom map shows the estimates at the 16th percentile, forming the lower bound of the same range of estimates within one standard deviation of the mean. Countries with no recorded droughts in the database are shaded gray.
