Corneal angiogenesis and inflammatory factor levels were significantly reduced after treatment with radiation-treated UCMSC lenses (A). The data are presented as representative images and a bar plot (B) of the neovascularization areas, demonstrating statistical significance (*P < 0.05; **P < 0.01; ***P < 0.001; ****P < 0.0001). To assess inflammatory cytokines, PCR analysis was conducted (C-F), and the mRNA levels of VEGF, MMP-1, MMP-2, and MMP-9 were analyzed on day 18.
