From: Ready-to-transfer two-dimensional materials using tunable adhesive force tapes
Raman 2D and G band positions are plotted to clarify the doping and strain in the transferred graphene. The p-type doping induced by PMMA and TRT is strongly suppressed in the UV tape-transferred graphene, while there is no essential difference in strain.
