  1. Gene level phenome wide association analyses using high and moderate impact variants of XDH and 30,813 whole exomes in Mount Sinai BioMe BioBank. The sequence kernel association tests were applied to evaluate the associations between variant sets and phenotypes. The tests were adjusted by sex and the first 5 PCs derived from principal component analysis. The original P values were reported, no corrections have been made for multiple comparisons.
