Regarding the determination of the flux, we employed a comprehensive approach, optimizing 10,000 simulated replicates and selecting the 50 simulated replicates (show the average) with the smallest discrepancy in the final target metabolite as the final solution set. Mean ± s.e.m. P values were obtained by unpaired, two-tailed t-test.
