Thereafter, phosphorylation of PKN1 (b) or PKN2 (c) was determined by immunoblotting using phosphosite-specific antibodies (n = 3 independent experiments). d, HUAECs were exposed to disturbed flow (4 dynes/cm2) for 24 hours. PKN1 localization was determined by immunofluorescence staining using an antibody directed against PKN1 (green) and with DAPI (blue).
