The vertical lines in the plots highlight the mean and the extrema. First row of plots shows a correlation between original and predicted combination responses. Additionally, synergy scores (Bliss and Loewe) were calculated from both ground truth measurements as well as for the predictions. The two other rows show correlations of these synergy scores. Statistical p-values from two-sided Kolmogorov–Smirnov test is shown for all the competing methods compared to ComboKR (full pairwise results are available in Supplementary material).
