休斯顿Katy买出租房，很方便的地方，但flood risk 6/10. Harris county,

房子在2001年以来没有flooded，ai说如果during harvey 没有被flood是good sign. Katy nowhere is safe. 这房子其它方面都符合我的标准了，就这一样有点concern.

有katy的朋友吗？能分享一下这个洪水猛兽吗？谢谢！
