If not you should check I-130 status or contact USCIS. You have serveral years to wait normally.

Mostlikly, the child will be aged out and won't be able to immigrate with the mother this time.

When the Priority Date is current (check the visa bulitin F4 - Visa Bulletin For July 2022 (state.gov) ), USCIS will send your I-130 to NVC to start consulate processing. NVC will inform you and your sister if you have correct emails entered when you applied for the I-130.
