请教8老师，绿卡出生地改正。

8老师，我和太太刚刚收到绿卡。

她是香港出生。但是485表上填的是，Birth“City: Hong Kong" Birth Country: "China".

所以收到的绿卡上Birth Country是“China”。但这和她别的证件不符。现在想把它改过来。

我的问题是。

1. 这个是否可以自己操作，不用律师？我看这个移民局网站有这个服务。https://www.uscis.gov/i-90 

2. 如果在这个网站自己申请改。现在的绿卡是否还可以用（直到新的寄到手里）？
