请教8老师。 关于父母B2延期打指纹

父母B2延期，由于疫情, USCIS office关门，他们一直没做biometrics。目前Application support center还是没开门，不知道啥时候开。父母在8月底回国，我希望能在他们回国前做完biometrics。 想问: 如果 ASC 在他们回国前一直没开门，那该怎么办？能不做biometrics就回国吗？
