他是属于那种觉得别人对他好，就要加倍报答的那种，不过用错了地方。

他的Boss雇用他的时候，等了他几个月，又把工资加了倍，所以他就想帮她多做一些事情。我LG最失败的地方是跟错了人，他那个Boss经常是今天叫他这么做，过两天又问他你为什么要那么做？我LG做什么事都会预先跟她沟通过，得到同意后才做。但是结果她却推得一干二净。

举个例子吧，他Boss拿了本crystal report的说明书来问他会不会做crystal report，我LG说会，于是她就安排我LG做了，还在Team的会议上说今后要开始做crystal report了，结果那个Coworker就比较抵触。我LG做完之后，各方面的反馈都很好，但是突然又被叫停了。再后来在evaluation form上其中一项罪名就是他做了crystal report，要他把软件卸掉。

其实说来说去，我LG信错了人。
