工作不到一年。

我同时被assigned to 2 projects, both are 100% of allocation. project ABC and project XYZ.
John is team lead, I work with him for project ABC. We sit in one room as a group.
Mary is my official reporting manager. She did the review for me.
Mike is manager. I work for him for project XYZ. I report to him every week via Skype.

我们公司从去年10月份才引进review system， 我做了Oct to December 的 self assessment，Jan1-Jan 31 self assessment，Feb1-Feb 28 self assessment。我manager Mary 给我发email 提醒我，让我做1月份的self assessment。这时我才发现 我已经做了忘了click submit. after I clicked submit, 我才发现我manager assessment for Jan1-Jan 31 only。我以前不care this, 就埋头干活了。当我看到惊呆了！很难受，真的很辛苦干活，就是这个结果。
我曾经问过MIKE 如果两个项目出现了confict, 哪个优先做，他说 project ABC.
causing long delays and not progressed for project XYZ, 也不能全怪我呀，我一月份全部用来做project ABC，白天晚上周末做project ABC， 即使这样我也还是挤时间做 project XYZ，印度那边也不玩活， 我问东回答我西，最后要的信息给了，可是最后发现全是错的。 这些STATUS AND PROGRESSES 我都向MIKE 汇报。
大家帮帮我， 我应该怎么办？是不是要让我滚蛋，还是让我改进？这个评估对我是什么影响？
这个manager assessment 是 1 月底做的，现在都三月了，没什么动静。 project ABC 进入 production 后client 总是report issues 让我fix，我们这边急得不行，天天催我fix。可能等没什么问题了就该修理我了。
我想找他们谈，先找谁谈比较好（Mary and Mike)，是很正式的谈？还是随便聊聊？谈什么？怎么谈？要辩解吗？我要不要把JOHN 拉进来？ 让他为我证明1月份我百分百为他做project ABC，没时间做project XYZ?
