炸酱面，羊肉泡馍

全麦炸酱面

买了做面条的 和 绞肉的 厨师机配件，和面，做面条 一条龙，绞的鸡胸肉炸的豆瓣酱

东北味的羊肉泡馍 ，加了黑木耳和红菘蘑

南瓜糊，很简单也很美味：南瓜去皮切大块加水、加少许盐煮软，在锅里用手提搅拌器打成糊再煮开就好了

清蒸鲈鱼，看看我老公吃的多干净
