一碗朴实无华的白水煮白菜豆腐，--恭喜新坛开张，如那碗蘸水一样红火：）

白水煮大白菜，精华在于那碗蘸水

白水煮，无油无盐，也是四川人喜欢的一种烹饪方法，蘸水决定一切：）

碟子放蒜蓉，一点热油淋上去，爆出蒜香，放红油及红油辣椒，盐，切碎的新鲜青辣椒或者新鲜红辣椒，一点芝麻油，喜欢可以放点味精，但我做菜不放味精的:)，即可. 

因为有豆腐，蘸水就没有放醋. 四川人有句俗话：豆腐蘸醋，正事不做. 哈哈

大白菜豆腐在蘸水里蘸一下，就着白米饭，很饭扫光：），最后喝白水汤，很满足：）
