在广州已经经历两轮面签被拒， 第一次是2020年1月21日，签证官对一切都满意，但是我没有offer letter，他说回去研究， 然后是疫情，对中国几乎所有签证停办，第二次是2023年12月 19日，签证官没要offer letter， 但是让交一份非常详细的简历做administrative processing, 按照您的建议，我没有找律师，自己准备并递交。2025年1月23日，通知我们交新的体检报告和警方证明及护照到中信银行。我先生和我前两次体检都被要求做痰检，这至少需要等两个月才出结果。鉴于我们这种情况，老师认为我们需要做什么准备来面对可能的面签？

-No interview waiver availabe to immigrant visa applicant. So, you must go for the interview on the scheduled appointmewnt you received from NVC or the US Consulate.
如果免面签，一个人在中国等待帮助一家三口人递交并带回绿卡，其他两个人体检之后回加拿大照常工作，把绿卡寄回中国办理签证，这样是否可行？
-You and your family members including the kid in Canada had better file DS 260 together and go for the interview at the same time in the US Consulate in Guangzhou. If your kid cannot go for the interview with you in the schedule appointment in the US Consulate in Guangzhou, he can request reschedule of the appointment. Thus, he does not need to wait until you get your green card because he does not need to follow to join later which takes a longer time.
