８老师您好！我的妈妈２０１5年拿到绿卡，２０１９前疫情之前总是每年在国内呆３个月就回美。 ２０１９年到２０２４年一直在美国住，２０２４年６月２２号回国。２０２２在美查出癌症，目前还在国内治疗。
１）如果我妈妈在２０２５年６月２２号之前回美，入海关是否有问题？
-It should be fine, but possibly she may be requested to explain it to the immigration officer at the port of entry why she stay in China for more than 6 months. Bring the medical illness diagnosis and treatment proof from the doctor/hospital.
２）如我妈妈在２０２５年６月２２号之后回美，入海关是否有问题？
-There may be trouble, especially the United States are very strict on green card holders to overstay outside US recently. So, I strongly suggest her to return to US before July if possible.
３）本来打算我回国８月初把妈妈接回来，但是很担心妈妈在中国呆了一年多后入境困难，
