a black couple, man self-employed carpet cleaner, said makes about 4k/per month, not verified, woman, manager of verizon, makes 5k/month, verified.

their house got foreclosured in 2010.

man credit score 582, woman credit score 525, with most recent delinquency record.

will you rent to them or just pass and wait?
