The capitalization (cap) rate of a building measures its rate of return based on the value of the building and the income stream that it generates. Cap rates are calculated using the following formula:

cap rat = positive net operating income (the amount left over after fixed costs and variable costs are subtracted from gross lease income) / value

Your cap rate is 9.2 (4632/50000)
