tenant filed bankruptcy after eviction judgement

one more intertesing case in my real estate experience. 

The tenant owns $2000 of back rent, and eviction is in our favor, but...

A tenant filed bankruptcy after eviction judgement.  My PM recieved phone call from the tenant's attorney on the day of filing writ of possession. She was hoping that the writ of possesion can go through without the interruption of bankruptcy case. But three weeks later, the refund check for the amount of writ of possession from the court.

 

Now we are hoping to remove the house from tenant's bankruptcy case.  will update later...
