你提的那个心率130跑8分配，今天差点儿让我给蒙上了。
也不知道是表犯傻了，还是人犯傻了，反正傻人有傻福。
本来想跑八迈，跑到六迈时，天黑风高手冻，转身回家。
没有计划的好处就是可以随心所欲，当然也不挨教练骂。
