西岸樱花烂漫时节的晨跑欢歌

樱花盛开时节的晨跑欢歌，聆听海浪拍岸，蛙鸣如雷，海鸟翱翔声声入云。还有浓浓淡淡的晨雾，贪恋这一刻的天与地。聆听脚步的声音，体验这世界的美好与静谧。西岸的树干上长了满满的绿苔，像极了童话故事里的树精儿们。

一月份许下诺言要六周内fitness变年轻三岁。现在三个月过去了，fitness age 变年轻了六岁，比去年最年轻的时候还小半岁，返老还童的感觉真是太爽了。我们就是这样不能免俗地被各种参数包围，自娱自乐自虐欢乐无极限^_^

另有晓风残月，云雾弥漫，若隐若现，这幻化的风景，属于早起的鸟儿。
