The sensitivity test of ALK fusion detection and genotyping. H3122 and H2228 cDNA were fourfold diluted (concentration of 165, 41.6, 10.4, 3.1, and 0.8 ng/ μL in H3122 and 172.7, 44.2, 11.4, 3.4, 0.8 ng/ μL in H2228) (a, c) as well as mixed into A549 cDNA with a ratio of 1%, 2.5%, 5%, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 90%, 100% (b, d). Every sample was repeated 4 times. Amplification plots, negative derivative plots, and second derivative plots are shown. As the H2228 or H3122 concentrations decrease, the line color goes from black, dark grey to light grey. The ALK fusion peak is smaller when the sample concentration or ALK fusion proportion is lower
