In all cases, the risk assessment is for women aged 40 with their full first-degree family (FH1) proband information provided to BOADICEA. The rows are sorted by Hi-RT, and within the Hi-RT groups by whether the polygenic risk score (PRS) and/or pathogenic variant (PV) information has been used.
