RNA was extracted from leaves of three poplar clones (353, 6k10, 717) in the spring of 2017. Numbers indicate individually transformed lines (events) and CTR indicates the untransformed control line. For each line, the orange bars show the relative expression for each of two genetically identical ramets (mean of three technical replicates per ramet). The black bars show the mean of the two ramets for each line. An amplicon of the constitutively expressed ACTIN2 (ACT2) gene (Potri. 004G153400) was used to determine relative expression level of SVL. Two events (highlighted in red) were excluded from subsequent statistical analysis
