25 fossil calibrations and 2 secondary calibrations were used. Individual gene trees (1,569 NT tree) were mapped on the nuclear coalescent tree with Phyparts. The pie charts at each node show the proportion of genes in concordance (blue), conflict (green = a single dominant alternative; red = all other conflicting trees), and without enough information (gray).
