In the version of the article initially published, the y-axis labels for all the graphs in Fig. 3f read “–log10(P)” and have now been corrected (from left to right) to “Skin colour”, “Leaf shape”, “Flesh colour”, “Flesh colour”, “Flesh colour”, and “Tuberous root weight”. Additionally, in the sentence "The Mesoamerican gene pool exhibited improved agronomic traits compared to the Colombian-Venezuelan and Peruvian-Ecuadorian gene pools (Extended Data Fig. 5)," the citation has been corrected from “Extended Data Fig. 4”.
