Different pattern of ALPS index among three groups (PD < piRBD < HC, P < 0.001). Post hoc test revealed a higher ALPS index in the HC group than in the piRBD (P = 0.001) and PD groups (P < 0.001), and a higher ALPS index in the piRBD group than in the PD group (P = 0.036). Subgroup analysis of PD or piRBD patients revealed no significant difference (P > 0.05). Longitudinal ALPS index between PD-BL and PD-F revealed no significant difference (p > 0.05).
