Significant f4 statistics (Z > 3) polarized to positive values performed on ancient Brazilian genome-wide data in the form f4(Mbuti, TEST; ancient Brazilians—left, ancient Brazilians—right) to test allele sharing among the different groups using the 1240k dataset. The point sizes refer to the number of SNPs used to compute the f4 tests (at least 20,000 SNPs), and the colours correspond to the TEST group/individual.
