In the sub-panels TEST refers to A) early Holocene individuals; B) middle Holocene riverine Sambaqui individuals; C) post-1,000 BP or undated individuals. The point sizes refer to the number of SNPs used to compute the f4 tests (at least 20,000 SNPs) and colors correspond to the TEST ancient group/individual.
